Description
Shipping & Return Policy Delivery Details Items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after full payment is confirmed. Standard transit time for orders to the US is about 7–12 days. You may contact us to inquire about delivery time for shipments to other countries. Due to limited service coverage of local post offices in some countries, full real-time tracking will not be available (we will still provide a valid tracking number). Only the departure record from Hong Kong can be viewed, and buyers need to follow up on logistics with the local post office in such cases. All import duties, customs clearance fees and related taxes incurred upon arrival are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Packing Information Every item will be carefully packed with safe and reliable protective materials to minimize transit damage. Return & Warranty Policy All products undergo full functional testing before shipment and are packed with standard protective packaging. However, we have no control over transit conditions and cannot fully avoid DOA (Dead on Arrival), loss or damage caused during shipping. If goods are lost, damaged or non-functional upon arrival during transit, you may choose to repair the item locally at our expense. We can also offer solutions including free reshipment of the whole unit or damaged parts, partial refund or full refund upon consultation. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days after receipt to arrange return or exchange. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by human error, improper operation, static burn or unauthorized modification. We take no responsibility for compatibility issues if you did not consult us to confirm compatibility before purchasing. Please reach out to our support team in advance if you are unsure whether the item fits your device. Feedback Instruction We are committed to delivering a 5-star shopping experience for every customer.
Buying on ITPX
ITPX is a marketplace, not a first-party retailer. Listings are posted by independent, vetted vendors, and the vendor is the seller of record for your order — they set the price and are responsible for fulfilment and shipping. ITPX verifies each vendor, powers discovery and ordering, and backs eligible orders with a stated return policy.
