Who you're buying from

ITPX is a marketplace, not a first-party retailer. Listings are posted by independent, vetted vendors, and the vendor is the seller of record for your order — they set the price and are responsible for fulfilment and shipping. ITPX verifies each vendor, powers discovery and ordering, and backs eligible orders with a stated return policy.

Returns

Each vendor sets its own return terms — commonly 14 to 30 days from delivery — including who pays return shipping and whether a restocking fee applies. Those terms are shown on every listing before you buy. Some inventory, such as untested lots, salvage, clearance and custom-configured systems, is sold without a general return option; where that applies, the listing says so before purchase. If you can't resolve a problem with the seller, ITPX will help mediate.
